Garmin's free online Connect service is already great, with features ranging from auto-upload of workouts from Garmin GPS devices, excellent course-creating and mapping tools, auto-training log compilations and searches, and the ability to see and use courses and workouts that others have posted (and allowed to be viewed). Garmin has just added one more layer of useful functionality to Connect with the addition of pre-set-up training plans. For now, the plans include only running, and running goals, such as 5K, half-marathon, and marathon, but Garmin states it will be adding cycling goals and more in the future. First, you select a plan goal, and then your time frame, and your level - beginner, intermediate, or advanced, and plan type (heart rate, for example). The training plan function then automatically creates the plan in your Garmin Connect calendar, and makes it available for download to your Garmin GPS fitness device. Nice!. Image © Garmin

You are so interesting! I do not think I have read through a single thing like that before.
So good to find someone with a few genuine thoughts on this subject matter.
