If you're a pilot who is interested in upgrading your GPS avionics skills, Garmin is offering a series of two-day sessions, beginning in March. The on-site training at Garmin headquarters in Olathe, Kansas, will focus on the company's popular GTN color-mapping GPS series. During the seminars, Garmin's experts will teach: creating and editing flight plans; load and activate departure, arrival and approach procedures; navigate to the nearest airport, intersection, VOR, and much more. Since the seminars are on-site at Garmin HQ, they will no doubt include other fun and interesting activities with the Garmin team. For more specifics and registration contact information, see Garmin's recent blog post. Image © Garmin
