This week Garmin introduced a new handlebar mount for its Edge series GPS cyclecomputers, the Out-front mount ($39). The Out-front mount has a sturdy handlebar collar and an arm that extends the cyclecomputer platform front-and-center, ahead of the handlebar stem. This setup will work with any road or mountain bike, but it's most useful for moving the cyclecomputer out of the way of add-on aero handlebars of the type used by triathletes and road time trialists. The mount is compatible with Garmin Edge 200, 500, and 800 model computers and will ship in a few weeks. Image © Garmin
